You can escalate your complaint to Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR). During our IDR process, we will investigate your complaint and gather further information (if necessary). Once our investigation is complete, we will provide you with a final response. Please be mindful that we investigate complaints relating to Mercedes-Benz Financial Services only.
We aim to provide a final response to all complaints within 21 calendar days of receiving the complaint. If we are unable to respond within that timeframe, we will let you know and provide you with an update.

[3] If Allianz accept a claim but are unable to fix a damaged part, where available in Australia at time of repair, Allianz will use a new genuine manufacturer part. If new, genuine is not available, Allianz will use genuine reconditioned or recycled manufacturer parts or Australian Design Rules certified new, recycled or reconditioned parts.
[4] Allianz may authorise repairs at your repairer of choice; pay you the reasonable costs of repairing your vehicle; or move your vehicle to another repairer we both agree upon. Mercedes-Benz Australia/Pacific
[9] Service Solutions “Service Plan” is available on eligible vehicles and provides scheduled servicing for up to 3, 4 or 5 years (as selected by the Customer) from the first registration date of the vehicle or the relevant mileage based service interval applicable to your model, whichever occurs first. Customer must purchase pre-paid servicing plan of 3, 4 or 5 years prior to the vehicle’s first service to be eligible. Service Plan pricing and savings vary between vehicles and may be subject to change. Terms, conditions and exclusions apply. For further information (including vehicle eligibility) contact your Authorised Mercedes-Benz Retailer. The Owner Protection Plan for EQ provides 5 years unlimited kilometre coverage, including coverage for the 12-volt battery for 3 years unlimited kilometre coverage. The EQ Owner Protection Plan also covers the High Voltage (HV) Battery for 8 years or 160,000km, whichever occurs first. The High Voltage (HV) battery for the EQE and EQS is covered for 10 years or 250,000km, whichever occurs first. All precautions, which are usual and reasonable, have been taken to ensure the quality of the materials and workmanship in Mercedes-Benz vehicles. However, if any manufacturing defect arises and is presented to one of the Company’s Authorised Mercedes-Benz EQ Retailers or Authorised Mercedes-Benz EQ Service and Parts Centres within the protection period outlined in the terms and conditions, upon examination of the vehicle, if the defect is determined to be caused by defective material or workmanship, Mercedes-Benz Australia will repair the vehicle and/or replace (at its election) the defective part at no cost to you. [10] Wallbox sold separately. Charging power is dependent on vehicle and household capabilities. 22 kW charging requires the use of three-phase power. Use of single-phase power has a maximum charging capacity of 7.2kW. Charging may vary and is influenced by many additional factors such as DNSP regulation, load, vehicles on-board charging capacity (for example, EQC 400 currently has a maximum on-board AC capacity of 11KW), traffic, ambient temperature (maximum operating capacity of 50 degrees Celsius) and vehicle/battery capability and condition. In order to use the remote functions of the Mercedes Benz Wallbox and to receive over-the-air updates, the Mercedes-Benz app, a personal Mercedes-Benz ID and an internet connection are required. To receive the over-the-air updates, you must agree to the respective update in the Mercedes-Benz app, or give general consent in the Mercedes-Benz app to receive all future updates.
