A BestBasic Plan can help you control vehicle or fleet operating costs by offering a range of maintenance and repair options with preset, transparent and competitive pricing.
Your plan can be purchased at the same time you purchase your vehicle, or at any time beforethe first service - and covers the first 3 or 5 services (depending on which plan you choose) scheduled services in accordance with the relevant maintenance booklet regardless of your vehicle’s warranty period. Any unused service can be transferred with the vehicle when ownership changes.
‘BestBasic Plus’ will give you the ability to extend your battery warranty as part of an eligible Service Plan, extending the battery warranty to 8 years/300,000km from the standard 8 years/160,000km.

Package includesparts and associated fitment costs for items listed above and can be redeemed at participating Authorised Mercedes-Benz Vans EQV Service and Parts Centres at a date/dates to be arranged by the Customer. MBAuP will pay the Authorised Mercedes-Benz Vans EQV Service and Parts Centre for redemption of Package Inclusions on behalf of the Customer. Should any additional work be required above and beyond the Package Inclusions, the Authorised Mercedes-Benz Vans EQV Service and Parts Centre shall request the Customer’s authorisation before any additional work is carried out.
