When it comes to your Mercedes-Benz, you’ll naturally want to keep it in the best condition possible and ensure it lives a long life. That’s why it’s important to have all the necessary checks performed regularly by specialists who understand the specific requirements of your model.
No matter what Mercedes-Benz you drive, there’s a service plan available to help maintain your vehicle to an exceptional standard. Mercedes-Benz Maintenance Services provide an easy customer experience and the peace of mind that comes with a servicing schedule that’s designed specifically for your model.
How does Mercedes-Benz servicing work?
When you purchase a new Mercedes-Benz, you have the option to purchase a service plan, with a choice to cover a three, four or five-year term.
For Mercedes-Benz passenger models with a combustion engine, your service plan will include all work and maintenance checks stipulated in the relevant Mercedes-Benz Digital Service Booklet (DSB), plus replacement at planned intervals of items including brake fluid, air filter, fuel filter, spark plugs, coolant, transmission oil and filter, and the dust/cabin filter. For all-electric Mercedes-Benz models, all work and safety checks stipulated in the relevant Mercedes-Benz DSB will be carried out, and brake fluid and the cabin/dust filter will be replaced as required.
Mercedes-Benz administers servicing via two different packages – Service A and Service B, each with a different schedule of checks. For combustion vehicles, these may include an oil change and replacement components[1], plus standard checks. For our all-electric and hybrid models, trained technicians will examine specific components such as the high-voltage battery, charge socket and charging cable.
