          You need a Mercedes me ID to use your Mercedes me connect. Register your Mercedes me ID by following the steps below:

          1. Download the Mercedes me app from the App Store or Google Play.

          Please follow these steps to remotely lock and unlock your vehicle using the Mercedes me app:

          1. Open the Mercedes me app.
          2. Select “Lock Status”.
          3. Slide the button to lock or unlock the vehicle.
          4. Enter your four digit PIN or use your Face ID to confirm.

          Activate “Stolen Vehicle Help” service in the Mercedes me app to search for your vehicle in the event of theft or loss. The service can be purchased as part of the URBAN GUARD Vehicle Protection Plus or individually in the Mercedes me Store. Please be sure to activate Stolen Vehicle Help as soon as you receive your vehicle, as the service cannot be used until 30 days after the purchase (waiting period). Please note that vehicles lost before the purchase of this service or during the waiting period will not be covered by the scope of this service.

          Activate Stolen Vehicle Help service:
          1. Open the Mercedes me app.
          2. Tap on the menu button on the top left corner.
          3. Tap on your vehicle and select “Manage services”.
          4. Scroll down to “Stolen Vehicle Help” and switch on the button.

          Use help in case of loss or stolen vehicle:
          1. Open the Mercedes me app.
          2. Tap on “More” and select “Stolen Vehicle Help”.
          3. Tap on “Report a stolen vehicle”.
          4. Confirm your data and report theft to the police.
          5. Contact our authorised experts to initiate the search.

          Once you have successfully launched Stolen Vehicle Help, our authorised experts will transmit the location of vehicle to the police. From this point on, real-time location of your vehicle will be shared with the police.

          With Send2Car, you can send an address directly to your vehicle via the Mercedes me app. Once you have confirmed the destination, your navigation system will take you there.

          1. Open the Mercedes me App.
          2. Tap on "Your location".
          3. Select your destination by searching for a city or address.
          4. Tap on "Route".
          5. Tap on "Send address to vehicle".

          The Mercedes me app allows you to set up your Mercedes-Benz EQ before you set off for a drive, including features such as setting your desired charge level, specifying your departure time and initiating pre-entry climate control.

          Setting the maximum charge level:
          1. Open the Mercedes me app.
          2. Tap on “Charge Status”.
          3. Tap on “Max. 100%”, select your desired maximum charge level and tap on “Change”. Your Mercedes-Benz EQ is now configured to your desired maximum charge level.


          Specify departure time:
          1. Open the Mercedes me app.
          2. Tap on “Charge Status”.
          3. Tap on “Departure time’.
          4. Select “Once” for a one-time trip or select “Weekly profile” for a recurring trip.
          5. Specify your departure time. If you have selected “Weekly profile’, specify your desired days as well.
          6. Tap “Save” on top right corner to save your departure time.

           

          Setting up pre-entry climate control:
           1. Open the Mercedes me app.
          2. Tap on “Charge Status”.
          3. Tap on “Pre-entry climate control”.
          4. Select “Temperature”, set your desired temperature for the vehicle and tap “Save”.

Some MMc services are provided on a complimentary basis and/or a complimentary basis for limited periods of up to three (3) years. Complimentary periods commence from a services first activation with an eligible vehicle. After the expiry of a services complimentary period, it may be available for purchase for a fee. In some circumstances, specific features or services may no longer be able to be supplied or will need to be supplied in a different form. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of such changes where they materially affect the services you receive. Please visit your local authorised retailer or refer to the relevant MMc terms and conditions for more information including vehicle and device compatibility, connectivity and capability requirements.

      [2] The use of this service requires one of the following items of optional equipment: ENERGIZING Package (PBP), ENERGIZING Package Plus (PBR).

      [3] Map updates can only be downloaded from the customer portal and must be installed manually. Map updates do not occur automatically in Australia.

      [4] The Mercedes-Benz emergency call system is automatically activated permanently for your safety. All other Mercedes me connect services are only activated upon your request.
