Charge in your own garage with your Mercedes-Benz Wallbox charger. Or, when you’re out and about, recharge at a public charging station or fast charging station. With our digital services, you can easily find the nearest public charging station and access charging networks via Mercedes-Benz App. And on long journeys, Navigation with Electric Intelligence helps you to plan suitable charging stops and get to your destination as quickly as possible.

22 kW charging requires the use of three-phase power. Use of single-phase power has a maximum charging capacity of 7.2kW. Charging may vary and is influenced by many additional factors such as DNSP regulation, load, vehicles on-board charging capacity (for example, EQA currently has a maximum on-board AC capacity of 11kW), traffic, ambient temperature (maximum operating capacity of 50 degrees Celsius) and vehicle/battery capability and condition. To receive over-the-air Wallbox updates, the Mercedes me app, a personal Mercedes me ID and an internet connection are required.

To be able to use the “Mercedes me Charge” Digital Extras service, a separate charging contract with a selected third-party provider is required for charging, payment and billing purposes. A personal Mercedes me ID and agreement to the Terms of Use for the Digital Extras services are required for use of the Digital Extras services. The respective vehicle must also be paired with the user account.

On and from 1 August 2024, all new Mercedes-Benz battery electric vehicles will be provided with a complimentary 1 year Chargefox subscription, activated as at date of first registration, for use at all Chargefox public charging stations in Australia. The offer is available until it is varied or discontinued. Ex demonstrator and used vehicles will receive balance of Chargefox subscription, if applicable. A personal Mercedes me ID and agreement to all relevant terms of use are required to use the services. In addition, the vehicle must be paired with a corresponding user account and relevant services activated (Mercedes-Benz Charge). You may be required to enter into an agreement with or accept third party terms and conditions. Internet connectivity is required. To facilitate the subscription, VIN and registration will be shared with Chargefox, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Excludes plug-in hybrid vehicles.
