Vehicle Finance FAQs.

Yes, you can. To lease or finance a new Mercedes-Benz online, simply visit the online Mercedes-Benz Store. Once you've selected your dream car, use the Finance Calculator to explore either Simplicity Lease, Agility Loan, Standard Loan or Asset Loan pricing. Then you can calculate your desired rate and submit a leasing or financing application for credit approval.

In a financing contract, Mercedes-Benz Financial finances the purchase of your vehicle and you pay it off in monthly instalments. With leasing, you can drive and use the vehicle by paying a monthly rental amount, and after the agreed term has expired you simply return your vehicle, subject to Fair Wear & Tear conditions being met.

For a consumer or business loan, and for the Agility Finance Program, a deposit is optional. A deposit is not required for the Simplicity Lease Program, but if you lease your vehicle with Simplicity online a refundable holding fee will be required to secure your vehicle.

For a consumer or business loan, you can finance for up to 7 years.* For the Agility Finance Program, you can finance from 1-5 years, and for the Simplicity Lease Program you can finance for 3 or 4 years.

For a consumer or business loan, you have the option to pay out your final payment (balloon) amount, refinance your final payment, or trade in your vehicle for a new model. For the Agility Finance Program, you enjoy the added certainty of a Guaranteed Future Value* for your car at the point of purchase, and you can choose to trade, retain or return your Mercedes-Benz once your contract expires. For the Simplicity Lease Program, you simply hand back the keys at the end of your lease agreement, subject to meeting Fair Wear & Tear conditions^.

We understand that anyone can experience financial difficulty through unexpected life events such as illness, changes in income or relationships, or emergency events such as natural disasters. We are here to help and have a process designed to assist our customers in times of need. We will work with you to assess your individual circumstances and requirements with a view to achieving a suitable solution. How do I make a complaint?

If at any time you are dissatisfied with our services, please let us know so we can work together to resolve the issue. Our aim is to resolve your complaint within 5 business days, however if we are unable to do so the matter will be escalated to our Internal Dispute Resolution team.

Our dedicated teams are available between 8.30am-5.00pm (AEST) Monday to Friday.

You can escalate your complaint to Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR). During our IDR process, we will investigate your complaint and gather further information (if necessary). Once our investigation is complete, we will provide you with a final response. Please be mindful that we investigate complaints relating to Mercedes-Benz Financial Services only.

We aim to provide a final response to all complaints within 21 calendar days of receiving the complaint. If we are unable to respond within that timeframe, we will let you know and provide you with an update.
