Charging options for all-electric Mercedes-Benz vehicles

At home or on the go, you’ll enjoy a range of convenient and straightforward charging options with an all-electric Mercedes-Benz.
 
Charge in your own garage with your Mercedes-Benz Wallbox charger. Or, when you’re out and about, recharge at a public charging station or fast charging station. With our digital services, you can easily find the nearest public charging station and access charging networks via Mercedes-Benz App. And on long journeys, Navigation with Electric Intelligence helps you to plan suitable charging stops and get to your destination as quickly as possible.

All full Battery Electric Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles purchased from August 1 2024 are eligible for a complimentary 1 year Chargefox subscription, subject to its terms and conditions, including Chargefox policy on reasonable usage and limitation to personal usage/prohibition on business use. This does not include any Plug-In Hybrid vehicles and commercial electric vans (eVito, eVito Tourer and eSprinter).

The 1 year complimentary Chargefox subscription includes all public DC & AC stations on the Chargefox network.

The 1 year complimentary Chargefox subscription is automatically activated upon the purchase and delivery of your new Mercedes-Benz electric vehicle.

 

Customers can activate Chargefox charging stations and start utilising these benefits through the MB.CHARGE Public service via their Mercedes-Benz Account.


Charging sessions can be activated via the Mercedes-Benz App, the in-vehicle MBUX system or the MB.CHARGE Public RFID card. For more information on MB.CHARGE Public click here.

Pre-owned Mercedes-Benz electric vehicles are still eligible for the 1 year complimentary Chargefox subscription if purchased within 1 year of the original new car delivery. In this case, customers will receive the remaining balance of the 1 year subscription.
