The Mercedes me ID gives you central access to services from Mercedes-Benz and our cooperation partners.
Your Mercedes me ID provides you with a central point of access that enables you to register for our services, as well as a central profile in which you can change your details.
We are continually improving the Mercedes me ID for you, and more and more services will support the Mercedes me ID in future.
If you are a new customer or do not yet have a user account, you will receive your Mercedes me ID when you register.
If you already have a user account without a Mercedes me ID, you can obtain a Mercedes me ID by logging in to your existing user account, accepting the Mercedes me ID access conditions that then appear, and adding your address, phone number, date of birth, and driving licence number.
If you are a new customer or do not yet have a user account, use of the Mercedes me ID is compulsory.
If you already have a user account without a Mercedes me ID, use of the Mercedes me ID is optional for you. Please note Mercedes me ID is compulsory to access Digital Extras.
You can delete your Mercedes me ID at any time. However, please note that after deleting your Mercedes me ID you will no longer be able to use the Mercedes me ID services. For more information, please refer to the Mercedes me ID access conditions, which you can view in the registration dialogue.
To delete Mercedes me ID:
1. Log in to your existing user account, and click on your portal
2. Select “My Data” > “Account details”
3. At the bottom of the page, select delete Mercedes me account
In order to offer you a Mercedes me ID, it is necessary to collect and process personal details from you. This is done strictly in accordance with the data protection laws applicable in your country, of course.
