Maintenance is available from Mercedes-Benz Service in two different packages: Service A and Service B. These are performed alternately at regular intervals. You don’t even need to think about these services yourself: the standard service interval indicator in your Mercedes-Benz automatically reminds you of the upcoming appointment.
Maintenance Services
As part of the Service A and Service B inspections, our experts will check your Mercedes-Benz thoroughly, change the oil and replace components in accordance with Mercedes-Benz manufacturer guidelines. While various checks are carried out as part of Service A, Service B also includes checks on all vehicle components that relate to your vehicle’s safety and ease of use. This assists you to continue enjoying driving your Mercedes-Benz safely and problem-free.

This question is quickly answered: Yes, Mercedes-Benz electric vehicles must also be regularly and professionally checked for reliability and safety for good reasons.
Mercedes-Benz Service Partners know exactly what special features apply to your Mercedes-Benz with an electric motor. They inspect specific components in a targeted manner, such as the high-voltage battery. There are also other routine checks – e.g. brakes, steering and lights. Service Intervals
Most Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles have 1 year/25,000km service intervals. Some Mercedes-Benz AMG vehicles have a 1 year/20,000km interval. This may vary, please refer to your Mercedes-Benz Account or Mercedes-Benz App for your vehicle's specific interval.

Package includes parts and associated fitment costs for items listed above and can be redeemed at participating Authorised Mercedes-Benz Vans EQV Service and Parts Centres at a date/dates to be arranged by the Customer. MBAuP will pay the Authorised Mercedes-Benz Vans EQV Service and Parts Centre for redemption of Package Inclusions on behalf of the Customer. Should any additional work be required above and beyond the Package Inclusions, the Authorised Mercedes-Benz Vans EQV Service and Parts Centre shall request the Customer’s authorisation before any additional work is carried out.

Mercedes-Benz Premium Express Service
While you relax with a coffee in the customer lounge, dedicated Premium Express Service technicians can process a complete service for your Mercedes-Benz vehicle in as little as 60 minutes for an A service, and in as little as 90 minutes for a B service (including wash). This is made possible by dedicated service bays, process efficiencies and attention to detail that is exercised with each vehicle that comes in for a Premium Express Service.
