Now there is just one car price (subject to relevant state or territory-based fees and charges), regardless of whether you purchase online or through an Agent. However, different vehicles can have different pricing, depending on factors such as age, colour, and options.

As with new cars, we provide a transparent price for the price of demonstrator cars nationwide (based on a range of factors), so you will no longer need to negotiate the best price for a Mercedes-Benz demonstrator car.

You can pay the deposit with Visa or Mastercard, and you can make the final payment by electronic funds transfer, bank deposit or car financing.

When you purchase your new Mercedes-Benz car you will be able to make enhancements to your purchase by adding upgrades and optional extras that are available at a transparent and consistent price Australia-wide, so you will no longer need to negotiate.

Yes, you can test drive a car by visiting one of our authorised Agents. We recommend booking your test drive in advance, either online or by contacting your preferred Agent.

Changes to your order after it is lodged online may be possible, depending on the timing of your request. Please contact the Mercedes-Benz Business Development Centre on 1300 762 718 and selection Option 2, or speak to an authorised Agent as soon as possible to discuss the possibility of changing your order.

Once we receive your holding fee deposit, the Mercedes-Benz Business Development Centre will contact you to discuss the details of your order and any relevant variations to the options, accessories of specifications of the car displayed in your order. After this time, your order will be finalised and a Contract of Sale will be generated for you. After you sign and return the contract of sale, your selected delivering Agent will make contact once the vehicle is ready for invoicing. Once you pay in full for your vehicle (or settle the finance contract) your delivering Agent will arrange a convenient time to deliver the vehicle to you.

If you have paid a deposit but do not sign and return the Contract of Sale within 14 days of receiving this document, we will refund the holding fee deposit and any car listed on your Contract of Sale will no longer be reserved for you. For more information, please refer to the Deposit Terms and Conditions, your Contract of Sale or contact the Mercedes-Benz Business Development Centre.

State and/or Territory statutory cooling off periods may also apply to the transaction.

You can view the terms and conditions on the checkout summary page, before proceeding with the order. Terms and conditions are available as part of the contract of sale, and will also be shared via email upon confirmation. Once you pay your deposit, our Business Development Centre will send you the contract of sale. If you choose not to proceed with the sale, your deposit will be refunded.

Yes, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services offers a range of finance options, or you can finance your car with the financier of your choice.

Yes, you can purchase a Service Plan as part of the online purchase process, or after your car is delivered but before its first service, via an Agent.

Should you require servicing or repairs, you can contact your closest or preferred authorised service and parts retailer to make a booking. If you are a member of our road care program and require roadside assistance, please call 1300 762 718.

Once your online car order is confirmed, a representative from the Mercedes-Benz Business Development Centre will contact you to go through the contract of sale and discuss whether you would like to add accessories, which will be fit (if required) prior to delivery.

If you have already taken delivery of a new car, you can buy accessories via our online store and either fit them yourself or have your preferred Agent install them. Accessory pricing and fitting costs are standardised across all agents.

Yes, you can select Mercedes-Benz Financial as your preferred financier when choosing a car to purchase online. Whilst exploring available vehicles you can select Simplicity Lease or Agility Consumer Loan to explore different repayment options, and choose the finance package for you. 

You can then begin the finance and credit approval process online. Choose either a Consumer or Asset Loan, or select one of our flexible Agility or Simplicity lease packages, and once your credit application is approved we will contact you to finalise the process.

Yes, you can choose to finance your purchase through an Agent.
