How can I order a Mercedes-Benz vehicle?

You can order a vehicle in the way that suits you: via our online store, or at an authorised Retailer.

How does ordering work in the Mercedes-Benz Store? 

The online ordering process is a simple way to purchase your new Mercedes-Benz, anywhere and anytime. The vehicle reservation process works as follows:

 

a.    Vehicle selection

Explore the range of available vehicles and select your desired Mercedes-Benz.

 

b.    Select your preferred payment method

Choose your preferred payment method from the following options:

 

i)    Outright Purchase:
Use your personal funds or third party services to pay the final invoice. Our experts will contact you to clarify the terms of payment.

 

ii)    Mercedes-Benz Finance:
Use Mercedes-Benz Financial Services to finance the vehicle.

 

c.    Check shopping cart

Ensure you have selected your desired vehicle and payment method.

 

d.    Login or register

Login with your Mercedes-Benz ID or register to proceed with vehicle reservation. You can also continue as a guest and follow the necessary steps. 

 

e.    Billing

Ensure you have entered all the required information as a private or business customer.

 

f.    Select your preferred delivering Retailer

Select your preferred Mercedes-Benz delivering Retailer for collection of your vehicle.

 

g.    Check all details and complete vehicle reservation

Before completing the reservation of your new Mercedes-Benz, confirm all details including your personal or commercial data, and correct them if necessary. Click on the "Checkout" button to complete holding deposit payment and vehicle reservation.

 

h.    Order confirmation

Once your order is placed and the holding deposit is paid, we will send the order confirmation via email with a reference number.

 

i.    Do I enter into a legally binding contract by sending the order?

By completing vehicle reservation process in the Mercedes-Benz Store, you are making a legally binding offer to Mercedes-Benz Australia/Pacific Pty Ltd to conclude a contract with them. The contract for the vehicle reservation is only concluded once you have signed and returned the Contract of Sale within 14 days of receiving the document.

 

j.    I have reserved the vehicle: what happens next?

The Mercedes-Benz Business Development Centre will contact you within 3 days to discuss the vehicle displayed in the online order form and any variations to the options, accessories and specifications available in respect of that vehicle. Our dedicated online sales consultants will assist you with finalising your contract, payment and invoice details.

 

k.    Can I also purchase a vehicle as a business customer via the Mercedes-Benz Store?

Yes, you can purchase your desired car online as a business customer. For a business transaction, the type of information required will depend of the type of business purchase being made. Further details may need to be confirmed with the help of our Business Development Centre before finalising the contract.

 

l.    Where can I view the details of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email from us with details of your order. If you require further information, you can contact our Business Development Centre on 1300 762 718. 

When will my vehicle be delivered?

Once your order has been processed, the Mercedes-Benz Business Development Centre or your preferred delivering Retailer will provide you with an estimated delivery date. This date is indicative only and is subject to change for various reasons. Your selected delivering Retailer can provide further updates regarding your vehicle delivery date.

What documents do I need to bring with me to pick up the vehicle?

You will need an identification document (driver’s licence or passport), insurance certificate and power of attorney for registration (if applicable), as well as your order documents to pick up the vehicle. You will receive all the information about which documents you need to show in good time before you pick up the vehicle. The authorised delivering Retailer will handle the registration if you wish and discuss all the details with you.
