By pressing the Mercedes-Benz button or the phone book entry in the address book, your Mercedes-Benz establishes a voice connection with the Customer Assistance Centre. When this service is activated, your location and other relevant vehicle data are transmitted so that a skilled employee directly on the phone or the nearest Mercedes-Benz service partner can help you - even if you are not sure exactly where you are.

When a breakdown occurs, the emergency assistant is activated in the vehicle.
