With a charging power of up to 22 kW (dependent on vehicle and household capabilities) and the intuitive Mercedes-Benz App for operation, you can charge your G 580 with EQ Technology at up to 11kW (dependent on household capabilities), significantly faster than with a household socket.

Experience comfortable Navigation with Electric Intelligence. The navigation system not only suggests the optimal route, including all necessary charging stops, but also calculates the expected charging costs. In addition, you have the option to edit the planned route individually at any time by adding preferred charging stations along the route or rejecting suggested charging stations.

The active range monitoring checks continuously during the journey whether the entered destination will be reached with the current battery charge level. The system supports you if this is too low and it does not find an alternative route. For example, you will receive a recommendation of the maximum speed at which you should still reach your destination.

The system can help to avoid collisions with vehicles moving in front or stationary vehicles, oncoming traffic when turning, pedestrians and cyclists. Along with distance and collision warnings, the system primarily offers situation appropriate braking assistance including performing an emergency stop, if necessary.
