From 1 August 2024, our new all-electric vehicles come with a complimentary one-year subscription to Chargefox, Australia’s largest public charging network. You can find your closest Chargefox station in your MBUX multimedia system or via our app.

Active Parking Assist with PARKTRONIC supports you in looking for a parking space as well as with entering and exiting suitable perpendicular parking spaces.

Activate the system once and continually benefit from the long headlamp range. Whenever Adaptive Highbeam Assist does not register any vehicles in front of you or any oncoming traffic, it switches on the high beam. This means that you can see the roadway or any hazards more clearly. Furthermore, there is no need for you to keep switching between high beam and dipped beam.

Active Steering Assist offers you tangible added comfort at the wheel: the system can use gentle steering interventions to support you in guiding your vehicle in the centre of the lane. The Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC takes a lot of work off your hands and automatically controls the distance from the vehicle in front. The route-based speed adjustment also significantly extends the range of applications. If the vehicle is approaching a bend, for example, the system reduces the vehicle speed as a proactive measure and then automatically accelerates to the speed set by you once you've navigated the bend and ensuring a desired distance to the driver in front.

The Speed Limit Assistant makes it easier for you to comply with guidelines. The system shows what is allowed: it can detect the current speed limit via the camera and show it in the driver display. Restrictive additional signs in particular weather situations, such as wet conditions, are also detected.

The Active Lane Keeping Assist is an attentive observer: if you unintentionally leave your lane or get dangerously close to other road users, the system can bring you back into your lane with the help of a steering intervention. If you leave the lane nevertheless, an additional warning follows in the form of steering wheel vibrations.

Blind Spot Assist takes a very close look for you – in particular as soon as you activate the turn indicator. The system is thus able to give you a visual and audible warning of impending side collisions with other road users in the blind spot. After your trip, the system still remains alert and warns you if you open the door at the wrong time.

GUARD 360° vehicle protection offers all-round monitoring of the vehicle's surroundings - for example with the anti-theft alarm system with tow-away protection. Movements in the interior trigger visual and audible warnings. The collision detection function of Mercedes me informs you via the app.

You can stay mobile even when you lose pressure in one or more tyres. Thanks to the reinforced side walls of your tyres, you can safely leave danger zones such as tunnels or motorways and drive to the nearest workshop. Depending on the load, up to 80 km at a maximum of 80 km/h is possible.
