  • Lock re-keying/coding when keys are stolen, for up to $1,000 per incident
  • Cover for personal items damaged in your vehicle, for up to $1,000 per incident
  • Cover for child seats or baby capsules up to $500 per event

Lodging a claim

In the unfortunate event that you need to lodge a claim, we're here to help. Simply call 1300 730 200 with your policy number and details regarding the incident, and follow the prompts to lodge your claim. Remember to provide the details of any other parties involved.

Getting ready for repairs

Once your claim is lodged, you can choose to have your vehicle repaired at your preferred Mercedes-Benz Autobody repairer[2][6].

Managing repairs and excess

Your repairer will be your primary contact while your vehicle is being repaired. If applicable, excess is paid to the repairer once completed. If your vehicle is declared a total loss, the excess is deducted from the claim settlement.
