1. Create your personal or business account.

Your Retailer will be able to set up any Mercedes-Benz profiles on your behalf. They will firstly set up your personal profile, which allows you to keep any private vehicles separate and enables you to become a company administrator when they set up your business profile.

2. Accept Terms of Use.

As your profiles are set up, you will receive emails confirming your Mercedes me ID and directing you to the Mercedes-Benz desktop portal where you can sign up to the Terms of Use. There are two sets of agreements, one for your personal account and one for your company profile.

3. Add your vehicles and services.

Once you’ve agreed to the Terms of Use, your Retailer will pair your new vehicles to your business account and activate the Mercedes-Benz Digital Extras for you.

4. Download the app.

As soon as your registration is complete, you can download and log in to the Mercedes-Benz App using your Mercedes me ID, then assign yourself a vehicle and use the Mercedes-Benz Digital Extras.
