Based on your VIN, we identify the features of your current vehicle and determine an upgrade with the closest possible match. However, certain features may no longer be available in the new model. In such cases, we will suggest suitable alternatives.

Typographical error:
Check the VIN to ensure it is entered correctly.

 

VIN from another manufacturer:
Upgrades can only be determined for Mercedes-Benz van vehicles. This includes the Sprinter Panel Van, Sprinter Cab Chassis, Sprinter Transfer Minibus, eSprinter Panel Van, Vito Panel Van, Vito Tourer, Vito Crew Cab, eVito Panel Van, eVito Tourer.

 

VIN too old:
We can identify vehicles up to 10 years old. If your model is older, you can configure a new vehicle in the Online Configurator or contact your preferred Mercedes-Benz Retailer to find a suitable upgrade.

 

Upgrade configuration not available:
In rare cases, a successor configuration may not be available. If this occurs, please try again later or visit the Online Configurator.
