StarFleet eligibility

To qualify as a StarFleet customer, one of the following conditions must be met.

StarFleet Advantage

• 5 or more Mercedes-Benz Van products in the fleet.
• 10 or more vans or cab chassis of any manufacturer’s brand/model in the fleet.
• 5 or more Mercedes-Benz vans purchased within a 12 month period.
• Qualifying franchise groups and industry associations, networks and co-op groups.

StarFleet Pro

• 10 or more Mercedes-Benz Van products in the fleet.
• 20 or more vans or cab chassis of any manufacturer’s brand/model in the fleet.
• 10 or more Mercedes-Benz vans purchased within a 12 month period.
• Fleet Management or Fleet Leasing Organisations.
• Bodybuilder Resellers (ie. Bodybuilders buying a new vehicle to significantly modify into a different type (eg. a mobile command vehicle) and resell to a customer).

Aimed at government-related customers, charities and not-for-profit organisations with a fleet of vans. The Government programme provides specialised pricing to support a structured fleet policy.

Government eligibility

To qualify for the Government programme, a customer must fall into one of the following categories:

• Federal/State/Local government departments

• Hospital and patient care services
• Government corporations
• Government funded organisations (for example; housing co-ops and water boards)
• Organisations created from government acts
• Registered organisations on relevant government contract pricing lists
• Schools and universities – public, private and specialist
• Registered charities
• Not-for-profit organisations

To redeem under the programme, customers must provide evidence of being an authorised part of the above government institutions. Please contact local retailer for further details.
