Your new Mercedes-Benz van or ute is subject to a manufacturer's warranty period of 36 months or 200,000km (whichever occurs first), or 36 months unlimited kilometres for V-Class vehicles only.

Your vehicle is covered for parts and labour charges incurred in rectifying a manufacturing defect relating to materials or workmanship. This is applicable for vehicles up to 5t GVM.

The warranty period commences on the date of first delivery to a customer or, in the case of a company vehicle or demonstrator, from the date the vehicle was first registered and put in service.

Your Pre-Owned Vehicle Warranty.

A pre-owned Mercedes-Benz Van will go the distance you can rest assured that each Mercedes-Benz pre-owned certified Vehicle purchased from an authorised dealership has been comprehensively checked. Plus, all qualifying vehicles have a Mercedes-Benz Certified Factory Warranty.

When you purchase a Mercedes-Benz Certified Vehicle, you receive a minimum one year or the option of two year, 200,000 kilometre, nationwide factory backed warranty.1 Note that the V-Class has an unlimited kilometre warranty.

The Mercedes-Benz Certified Warranty offers coverage against failure of most mechanical components, as well as roadside assistance for a range of breakdowns and situations almost anywhere in Australia. To give complete peace of mind, this warranty offers cover, support and benefits that only Mercedes-Benz can provide.

1 The warranty will commence on the later of the vehicle delivery date as stated on the warranty Certificate or the date the original vehicle manufacturer's warranty expires (other than expiry as a result of 200,000 km have been travelled). The warranty will terminate automatically when the vehicle has travelled a total distance of 200,000 km from new, the date that the terms in months noted on the Warranty Certificate has elapsed from the date the warranty commenced or automatically when the vehicle reaches six year of age from first registration (which ever occurs first). Excludes V-Class, which has unlimited km's.
