Thanks to its generous load compartment aperture, the tailgate also allows bulky load items and luggage to be loaded and unloaded easily. The chrome-plated Mercedes star positioned at the centre of the tailgate enhances the rear-end design.

The optional double-wing rear doors can be opened as far as the vehicle side wall and locked in place with the help of magnetic retainers. When manoeuvring space is restricted, the vehicle can be reversed into position directly up against a loading ramp or to the load to be carried with the rear doors completely open.

The optional roof railing painted black allows the transportation of additional cargo above the roof and gives the vehicle an individual look. The roof railing has a maximum load capacity of up to 100 kg and a height of 48 mm.

The sliding door on the left-hand side offers additional access to the vehicle. This makes loading and unloading and getting in and out of the vehicle faster and more flexible, for example in cramped traffic situations in the city centre.

The sliding door on the right makes it easy to load and unload the vehicle thanks to a generous through-loading width of 961 mm and height of 1252 mm.

The optional LED light strip in the load compartment is located in a high position at the rear in such a manner that the load compartment is illuminated with a minimum of shadow. The LED technology enables low power consumption and impresses with a long service life.

For particularly long objects, the under-seat stowage capacity of the driver's and front passenger's seat lengthens the load compartment. It's easy to load items under the seat bases from the load compartment – even if a partition is installed.

The optional wood floor is very robust and therefore particularly well-suited to the transportation of heavy cargo, in which a lot of weight has to be carried on a small area. For this, a repeatedly glued, 10 mm-thick screen printing base plate is laid and fixed on the floor of the load compartment.

If you wish to equip your load compartment with an optional hard-wearing and weight-saving flooring, the black plastic floor covering is precisely the right thing for you. The water-resistant, single-piece plastic floor protects the metal floor beneath it against damage.

The continuous partition on the B-pillar with window allows a view into the load compartment or a view to the rear in conjunction with windows in the tailgate or in the rear doors. It protects driver and front passenger from the load and shields the driver compartment from the load compartment.

Thanks to the optional tie-down rails on the waistrail, half-height, bulky cargo can be fixed and therefore effectively secured against slipping or toppling over. This equally protects both the cargo and load compartment against damage.

The optional load anchoring system allows a proper and flexible securing of the load. Objects can be secured on the 2 anchoring rails on the load compartment floor with the help of the optional lashing eyelets and securing straps.

With the Seat Comfort Package you can enjoy even more comfort, particularly on long journeys: both the driver's and the front passenger's seat feature seat cushion length adjustment as well as 4-way lumbar support which provides a high level of ergonomics.

The optional 2-seater front passenger's bench seat offers an additional seat in the driver compartment. Each of the two places on the bench seat are equipped with a three-point seat belt, seat belt warning device and a height-adjustable head restraint. The bench has a removable single-piece seat cushion.

Numerous lighting elements enhance illumination of the vehicle interior and vehicle surroundings. For example, exit lights in the front door trims and the lighting of the driver and front passenger footwell. Extremely long-life and energy-efficient LEDs used for some of the lighting.

The lockable glove box provides safe storage for personal items or documents. Locking is done via the mechanical emergency key, which is integrated into the electronic vehicle key.

The electrically powered seat heating heats up cold seats immediately after having been switched on to thus boost seat comfort and foster well-being during the cold season or in cold nights.

The Parking Package with 360° camera and Active Parking Assist makes it easier for you to find a parking space, as well as to park and unpark. The 3D surround view makes the entire area around the vehicle visible, also from a bird's eye view and below the windowline.

The tyre pressure monitoring system checks the air pressure in all 4 wheels from 20 km/h. It can alert the driver to a loss of pressure in the tyres, increasing driving comfort and tyre life.

The audible warning system makes other road users, for example, pedestrians and bike riders, aware of the electric vehicle and can therefore help to avoid collisions. An audible sound in the speed range from 0 to approx. 30 km is generated so that the electric vehicle can be heard better, e.g. in areas with restricted vehicle access.

In the event of a collision, the front airbag for the front passenger can contribute to protecting the head and upper body of front-seat passengers. It thus provides a high degree of protection; reducing both the risk and severity of head, face and chest injuries.

The thorax-pelvis side airbag can help to protect the upper body and pelvic area of the driver or front passenger in the event of a side impact and reduce the risk of injury. The side airbag is installed in the backrest of the driver's or front passenger's seat.

The window airbags for driver, front passenger offer a higher level of protection against head and face injuries in a severe side-on collision. The window airbags are located in the roof lining on either side of the vehicle and, in the event of a detected collision, they inflate within milliseconds as an air cushion curtain in front of the side windows.

The Basic Suspension is designed to ensure impressively good handling characteristics and stable driving dynamics, even when the vehicle is fully laden.
