Service Inclusions:

• Safety Checks, Service and Maintenance Work
• All work stipulated in the relevant Mercedes-Benz Digital Service Booklet (DSB)

Included operations carried out at predetermined intervals:

• Replace brake fluid
• Replace air filter
• Replace fuel filter
• Replace spark plugs (where applicable)
• Replace coolant
• Automatic transmission: oil and filter change
• Replace dust/cabin filter 

Note: Service Plan must be purchased before your vehicle’s first service.

“Service Plan” is available on eligible vehicles and provides scheduled servicing for up to 3, 4 or 5 years (as selected by the Customer) from the first registration date of the vehicle or the relevant mileage based service interval applicable to your model, whichever occurs first. Customer must purchase pre-paid servicing plan of 3, 4 or 5 years prior to the vehicle’s first service to be eligible. Service Plan pricing and savings vary between vehicles and may be subject to change. Terms, conditions and exclusions apply. Package includes parts and associated fitment costs for items listed above and can be redeemed at participating Authorised Mercedes-Benz Vans EQV Service and Parts Centres at a date/dates to be arranged by the Customer. MBAuP will pay the Authorised Mercedes-Benz Vans EQV Service and Parts Centre for redemption of Package Inclusions on behalf of the Customer. Should any additional work be required above and beyond the Package Inclusions, the Authorised Mercedes-Benz Vans EQV Service and Parts Centre shall request the Customer’s authorisation before any additional work is carried out.
