How do I know if my online order has been received?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details or alternatively if you registered an account during checkout, you can click on orders at the top right side of the website and login with your details to view completed orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once an order is processed, we will endeavour for it to be dispatched to you within 24 hours however dispatch times may vary according to availability. Transit times may also vary however, average transit times are:

  • Melbourne Metro 1-3 working days
  • Sydney Metro 1-3 working days
  • Adelaide Metro 1-3 working days
  • Brisbane Metro 2-4 working days
  • Perth Metro 4-6 working days

All other localities 3-10 working days depending on location. Please note Mercedes-Benz Distribution Centre is located in Melbourne. Whilst we will do our best to get your Order to you as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery times and any representations made regarding delivery are estimates only and are subject to delays resulting from transit and matters outside of our control for which we are not responsible.

Can I change or cancel my order once I have received a confirmation email?

Unfortunately, once the order has been placed, you cannot change or cancel your order.
